What SKYWILD does

SKYWILD is a game about the sky above you, right now. Look up and your iPhone reads the real sky: how cloudy it is, what kind of clouds, the haze, the light, the sun and moon, the sound of rain, wind or birds, and whether the air pressure is rising or falling. Whatever the sky is doing calls out the creatures that live in it. LOOK UP, READ, BEFRIEND Point your iPhone at the sky. A puffy afternoon brings puffkins, a grey drizzle brings drizzlets, a clear night brings starmotes and a moon that changes with its real phase. Befriend each one in its own way: frame it, trace it, keep time with the rain, sit with it by the window. EIGHT REALMS Sun, Cloud, Rain and Hearth are free. The Full Almanac adds Storm, Wind, Fog and Night, plus decor for your Aerie. Hearth creatures live indoors, so there is always someone to meet, even on a day you can't go out. SKYCARDS AND THE ALMANAC Every friend becomes a Skycard, a keepsake of that exact sky. Your Almanac fills with the weather you have actually lived through, and creatures change with it. GOLDEN HOUR A gentle heads-up before the day's golden hour, with a Live Activity when you open the app beforehand, so you catch the best light of the day. TRADE IN PERSON Bond with friends by scanning each other's Keeper Sigil, give them creatures as signed gift cards, and make rare Hybrids together, all with QR codes, face to face. PRIVATE BY DESIGN The camera, microphone and location are used on the iPhone and never leave it. No accounts, no ads, no tracking.
