About this app

What RepSheet does

You walked out of physical therapy with a photocopied sheet of stick figures and a plan: three sets of ten, twice a day, every day until the next appointment. By Thursday you cannot remember whether it was 3x10 or 2x15, whether you actually did Tuesday, or which exercise sent your knee to a 7. RepSheet is the patient-owned home exercise binder that fixes all of that. Type in the program exactly as your therapist wrote it — exercise names, sets, reps, hold times, band color, once or twice daily — and snap a photo of the paper sheet so the original is always with you. RepSheet turns it into a scheduled daily checklist. Morning session, evening session, each exercise ticked off as you go, with an optional pain score from 0 to 10 and a difficulty note captured while it is still fresh. At your next visit, the guesswork is gone. The visit summary shows exactly what your therapist asks about: how many sessions you completed since last time, which exercises you skipped most, how pain trended for each movement, and the notes you left along the way. Show the screen, or hand over a clean PDF report. RepSheet works with any clinic, because it does not depend on one. Clinic-issued apps only exist if your clinic pays for a platform and hands you a code — and they vanish when your plan of care or your insurance visits end. Your paper sheet has no memory at all. RepSheet is yours: it keeps your program after discharge, holds a second program when the other shoulder starts acting up, and runs fully offline with no account and no login. RepSheet contains no exercise library and gives no medical advice. It is a private logbook for the program your own therapist prescribed — recorded accurately, scheduled reliably, and reported honestly. • Enter your prescribed program: sets, reps, holds, frequency, equipment • Photo of the original paper sheet attached to every program • Scheduled daily check-offs for once- or twice-daily routines • Pain (0-10) and difficulty logging per exercise, per session • Pain-trend charts and an adherence calendar for every movement • One-screen visit summary plus PDF report for your therapist • Multiple concurrent programs, rest days, and taper scheduling • Fully offline, no account, your health data never leaves the device

Features

Built to be useful, not noisy.

Program Builder

Recreate the clinic's paper sheet in minutes: each exercise with sets, reps, hold seconds, side (left/right/both), equipment such as band color, and a once- or twice-daily frequency. Attach a photo of the original handout so the source of truth travels with you.

Daily Check-Off

Today's sessions appear as a checklist (morning and evening when prescribed twice daily). Tick each exercise as done and optionally log a 0-10 pain score and a difficulty note while the sensation is still fresh.

Pain and Adherence Trends

A per-exercise pain-trend line and a monthly adherence calendar reveal what is improving, what still hurts, and which days actually got done — the pattern your therapist adjusts the program around.

Visit Summary and Report

One screen answers the appointment question: sessions completed since last visit, most-skipped exercises, pain trend per movement, and your notes. Export the same summary as a clean PDF to hand to the therapist.

Schedule and Reminders

Per-session local notifications, rest days, and a taper mode that steps frequency down as the plan of care winds toward discharge — so the program follows the therapist's cadence, not a generic streak.

Why it exists

The problem

PT patients leave the clinic with a photocopied exercise sheet and are expected to do it twice daily between weekly visits — but adherence is notoriously poor, patients forget sets/reps, and nobody can answer 'how did the exercises go, any pain?' at the next appointment. Clinic apps only exist if the clinic pays; the…

What's different

How RepSheet stands out

MedBridge GO and PhysiApp are clinic-code-gated — the patient only gets them if the clinic subscribes, and loses them at discharge; RepSheet is patient-owned and clinic-agnostic. PT Timer: Stretch & Exercise is the one direct paid incumbent, but it is subscription-priced, dated, and has only ~95 ratings after 15 years…
