IEP / 504 binder
Accommodations (classroom, testing or both) and related services with provider, weekly minutes, sessions and location — entered once, exactly as written.
One-tap daily delivery log
Delivered, partial or skipped per service and accommodation per school day, with minutes delivered and a note; mark holidays as no-school days.
Delivery history month grid
Filled, half, hollow and dash dots per day for any item, plus delivered-versus-written minutes for the month — the pattern, not the anecdote.
Meetings and communication log
Annual IEP, amendment, eval and conference records with attendees, promises and follow-ups; every call, email, in-person and note-home contact with person, role and summary.
Deadline clocks
Evaluation timelines, annual reviews, promised follow-ups and requested documents with day counts, overdue flags and a done checklist.
Document vault and evidence packet

Is the web version of IEP Vault free?+
Yes. Every screen is free to use: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no account.
Do I need an account?+
No. Open IEP Vault and start using it right away. Sign in with Google only if you want to upvote an app, save it to your list, or leave a comment.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Is there a IEP Vault app for iPhone or Android?+
Not yet. IEP Vault is a community proposal: the browser version is complete, and we build the iPhone and Android app once 100 people upvote it. Upvoters get one email when it ships.
