One case per breakdown
Title, what broke, the date it happened, and whether it left you stranded, cost you work, or cost you a medical appointment — the sentences an appeals reviewer reads first.
Dated call-and-promise timeline
Log calls, emails, tech visits, insurance steps, parts ordered and parts arrived. Every promised date is tracked, and one that passes with no action is flagged red in the case and in the packet.
Escalation lines you set
Case cards turn amber past four weeks and red past seven — the PIRG wait thresholds — and you can move both lines in Settings.
Escalation packet
A chronological, chair-and-serial-headed record with the event log, part numbers, prices and every missed promise, ready to copy into an email or a complaint portal, or download as a file.
Preventive maintenance schedule
Interval checks for the components that strand people most — batteries at 30 days, tires at 60, casters at 90, cushion, bearings and a frame bolt walk-around — with an overdue-first due list.
Chair profile and 5-year clock
Serial number, supplier and insurer contacts, and a replacement clock that counts the five-year insurance cycle down to the month you become eligible.
Part number vault

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Chairkeep iPhone app?+
No photo evidence vault — the iPhone app attaches photos of damage and paperwork to each case and keeps them out of your camera roll; the web version records dates, names and notes only. The escalation packet is plain text you copy or download rather than the formatted PDF the iPhone app renders and shares. No reminders — the iPhone app can notify you when a maintenance check comes due; here the due-soon list is what you check. Everything is stored in this browser only, so it does not follow you to another device unless you export the JSON backup and load it there.
