No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.
What Snackduty does
Snackduty ends the group-chat scramble over who brings snacks, who drives, and who washes jerseys. Set up your team in minutes: add families, enter the season game schedule, and let Snackduty auto-rotate duties across everyone fairly. Each family sees exactly which games they are on the hook for — snack, carpool, or other duties the coach defines.
On game day, a reminder fires automatically so the duty family never forgets. Swapped with another family? Tap to reassign. Duty done? Mark it complete. The organizer keeps the full roster on their phone and can share any week with a simple screenshot.
• Fair auto-rotation across all enrolled families • Snack, carpool, and custom duty types • Game-day morning reminders per duty family • Manual swap and done-marking for real-life flexibility • Season schedule view with next-up highlight • 100% offline — no account, no cloud, no subscription to start

What's inside
- Fair auto-rotation — Given a list of families and a game schedule, assigns duties round-robin weighted by family size, with one-tap manual swap between any two families.
- Season schedule — Chronological list of games with date, opponent, location, and duty family highlighted for each game; next upcoming game pinned to Home.
- Game-day reminders — Local notification fires the morning of each game to the device, surfacing which family is on duty and what they need to bring.
- Families roster — Add families with parent name, kids list, and optional phone note; view each family's upcoming and completed duty history.
Why we built it
Coordinating snack, carpool, and other game-day duties across a dozen families devolves into buried group-text threads, forgotten commitments, last-minute scrambles, and resentment when the same families always step up while others coast — with no lightweight offline tool specifically designed around the fair-rotation…
What makes it different
Unlike generic sign-up tools (SignUpGenius, SignUp.com) that require a browser link and parent accounts, Snackduty is a native offline iOS app the one organizer installs and controls, with automatic fair-rotation logic built in and push reminders that fire from the device — no logins, no internet, no per-family app in…
Who it's for
Hobbyists who want a tool that respects their time, their gear, and their offline life.
