Every feature, from the first launch.

No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.

What MeetDay does

Meet day is six hours in a loud natatorium with dead cell signal, a 40-page paper heat sheet, and a Sharpie. MeetDay replaces the scramble with one calm screen: every event, heat, and lane for every one of your swimmers, in order, with a clear view of who is up next.

Setup takes minutes. Add your swimmers, add the meet, and enter each kid's events straight from the heat sheet — event number, heat, lane, seed time. From then on the meet runs itself: the Up Next view shows which child is behind the blocks, which event the pool is on, and how many heats until yours. When it is time to mark arms, the Arm Card view turns each swimmer's lineup into the classic event/heat/lane grid — hold up the phone and copy it in Sharpie, or let your swimmer glance at it behind the blocks.

Hand-time every race with the built-in stopwatch and log the official time when results post on the wall. Every swim feeds a permanent best-times book per swimmer, per event, per course — short course and long course kept separate, exactly like the real record books.

Bundled USA Swimming motivational time standards turn every result into a goal: see instantly that your daughter is 1.4 seconds off her BB cut in the 50 free, and watch the gap close over a season. It works for summer league too — the meets that never appear in any app are exactly where MeetDay shines.

Everything is offline. No account, no team platform, no per-device subscription, nothing that dies when the pool wifi does. Your family's swim history stays on your phone and belongs to you.

MeetDay is built by and for the parents in the bleachers: the ones juggling two heat sheets, three kids, and a stopwatch. One app, one purchase, every meet of the season.

• Per-swimmer meet-day schedule with Up Next view • Arm-marking card in the classic event/heat/lane grid • Built-in stopwatch with hand-timed and official results • Permanent best-times book, split by course • USA Swimming motivational time standards with progress to the next cut • Works fully offline — perfect for dead-signal natatoriums and paper-only summer meets • No account, no team platform required, no subscription

What's inside

  • Meet Day Schedule — Enter each swimmer's events straight from the paper heat sheet — event number, name, heat, lane, seed time — and get a merged, chronological family schedule with an Up Next view showing who is behind the blocks and how many heats away each swim is.
  • Arm Card — Turns a swimmer's lineup into the classic E/H/L arm-marking grid in huge type — hold the phone up to copy in Sharpie, or hand it to the swimmer behind the blocks. High-contrast mode for bright pool decks.
  • Race Timer & Results — A full-screen stopwatch with lap splits for hand-timing from the stands, plus quick entry of the official time once results post on the wall. Each result links to its entry and flags automatic best times.
  • Best Times Book — A permanent per-swimmer record book: fastest time in every event, split by short course and long course, with full time history and improvement deltas per swim.
  • Time Standards — Bundled USA Swimming motivational time standards (B through AAAA by age group, gender, and course). Every best time shows its achieved standard and the exact seconds to the next cut, with a season progress view.
  • Swimmers & Meets — Manage the family roster (name, birth year, age group, cap color) and the season's meet list (name, date, pool, course). Everything stored on-device with no account.

Why we built it

Meet day runs on paper: parents flip 40-page heat sheets in dead-signal natatoriums, Sharpie event/heat/lane onto their kid's arm, and hand-time races. Meet Mobile charges $6.49/mo or $19.99/yr per device plus an extra heat-sheet fee, only covers HyTek-hosted sanctioned meets, and is slow exactly when finals start — a…

What makes it different

Meet Mobile (ACTIVE) sells live official results for $6.49/mo or $19.99/yr per device with an extra heat-sheet fee and no family plan — MeetDay deliberately does not compete on live results; it owns the parent's offline meet-day workflow (schedule, arm card, stopwatch, best times, cuts) that Meet Mobile ignores, and i…

Who it's for

Players who want to play, not configure — minimal setup, maximum time on the thing you love.
