Helperpay is the quiet, honest ledger for households that employ a maid, cook, driver, or nanny. Across Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and urban India, millions of families pay domestic staff monthly — but track advances, deductions, bonuses, and leave days on scraps of paper, WhatsApp threads, or nothing at all. Disputes arise because neither side has a clear written record.
Helperpay fixes that in one offline app.
Create a profile for each helper with their role, monthly salary, and join date. Record every payment — salary, advance, bonus, or deduction — tagged to a specific month. Advances are auto-balanced against future salary so the running net is always visible. Mark leave by type, see the full calendar, and pull a clean yearly summary at bonus time.

What's inside
- Helper profiles — Create a card per helper with name, role, monthly salary, join date, and an optional phone note. All data stays on-device.
- Payment ledger — Log salary, advance, bonus, or deduction entries tagged to a month. Advances auto-net against salary so the running balance is always current.
- Leave calendar — Tap-to-mark leave days by type (sick, casual, public holiday). Monthly and yearly tallies update automatically.
- Yearly summary — End-of-year rollup of total paid, total leave taken, outstanding advances, and a bonus notes field for planning next year.
