One row per stop, with its own net
Pick the venue, set service hours, tag the weather and add notes. Every shift lands in the ledger with gross sales, costs and net profit already worked out.
The end-of-night till count
Count the drawer by payment type — cash with a denomination counter, the card/POS total keyed off the Square screen, and app orders — minus the starting bank.
Stop costs that actually land
Pitch or event fee, commissary share, fuel, labour, supplies and permits attached to the shift they belong to, with the venue's default pitch fee pre-filled.

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the TruckTally iPhone app?+
No POS integration — the card and app-order totals are keyed in from your Square or Toast screen, as they are on the phone. No location or map: venues are named and tagged by kind and city rather than pinned. Recurring costs suggest a per-shift allocation but do not post themselves on a schedule in the background. Everything lives in this browser only; export the CSV or JSON if you want it anywhere else.
