What you can do in StatRun on the web
Contract rate cards
Set up each courier contract once — company, per-stop, STAT, after-hours and per-mile rates, settlement day, colour tag. Ended contracts keep their history.
One-tap LOG STOP
The big rose block logs a stop against the active contract with the time stamped automatically; kind chips switch Route / STAT / AH / Return, and + opens the full editor with facility, note and an exception.
Settlement reconciliation
Enter the amount on the stub and StatRun lines it up against your log for that period: stops run vs stops paid, expected vs actual pay, delta flagged in dollars, with the dated stop list as evidence.
Exception log
Temperature checks, delays, access problems, damaged or missed packages — with a temperature note, who was notified and when, open/resolved status, category filters and a CSV of the dated history.
Mileage & expense ledger
Miles and vehicle expenses tied to the contract that caused them, with year-to-date deductible miles and spend up top.
Year-end summary
Per-contract income, deductible miles and expenses for any tax year, totalled for Schedule C and exportable as CSV.

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the StatRun iPhone app?+
Reconciliation, exception history and the year-end summary export as CSV rather than PDF; use your browser’s print for a paper copy. There is no long-press on LOG STOP — use the kind chips or the + button for STAT, after-hours, a facility name or a note. Your log stays in this browser only; export a backup to move it to the iPhone app or another device.
