Stoke
Log the bench like training: heat minutes, contrast rounds and a weekly dose
Stoke logs traditional, infrared and steam sessions with bench temperature, heat minutes and a 1–5 feel, nests contrast heat and cool rounds inside a session, and fills a weekly heat-minutes ring against a target you choose. Free, no account.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in Stoke on the web
Fast session logging
Type, bench temperature, heat minutes and how it felt on a five-flame scale, plus a note — a session takes seconds to record.
Contrast rounds inside a session
Add ordered heat and cool rounds with per-round minutes and the cold type (plunge, cold shower, open air); a 3×(15 hot / 2 cold) block shows up as a proportional timeline exactly the way you did it.
Weekly heat dose, never a streak
A ring against your own weekly target (regulars often sit between 57 and 120 minutes), day-by-day bars, and eight weeks of hit-or-missed history that never punishes a travel week.
Reusable protocol library
Save the routines you repeat — 3×15 min at 185°F with 2-min plunges — and prefill a whole session, rounds included, in one tap.
Tolerance trends
Bench temperature as a line, heat minutes and contrast rounds per session as bars, a breakdown of where your heat came from, and all-time totals.
Yours, offline
Nothing leaves the browser; export the whole logbook as JSON or your sessions as a CSV whenever you want it, and switch temperatures to °C.

Questions
Is the web version of Stoke free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Stoke iPhone app?+
The iPhone app can time a round on the bench; the web version is a logbook — you record the minutes you actually did afterwards. Temperatures are stored in °F (the iPhone app's unit) and converted for display if you switch to °C. Everything is stored in this browser only, with no sync to your phone; export the JSON if you want a copy. Stoke is a logbook, not medical advice — heat and cold both stress the cardiovascular system.
