RiseScore
Score the five longevity tests and find out how old your body performs
Sit-to-rise, five-times sit-to-stand, 4-metre gait speed, single-leg balance and grip — run with guided timers, ranked against bundled age-and-sex percentile norms, and rolled into one functional-age band you can retest and beat. Free, no account, works offline.

What you can do in RiseScore on the web
The full five-test battery
Sit-to-rise scored out of 10 with deductions, five-times sit-to-stand in seconds, gait speed in m/s from a 4-metre walk, single-leg balance capped at 60s, and grip in kilograms.
Bundled percentile norms
Reference centres and spreads by decade from 40 to 89, separately for men and women, for all five tests — your raw number becomes a percentile without a single network call.
One functional-age band
Each test converts to the age at which your result would be the median; the battery averages them into a single number next to your real age, colour-banded younger to older.
Guided runner with timers
Instructions, why the test matters, a live stopwatch for the timed tests, and a percentile that updates as you dial in the result before you save it.
Retest trends and personal bests
Functional age charted per test session, a per-test history line, and your best result flagged so you can see whether the training is working.
A profile per person
Score yourself, a partner and a parent side by side — each with their own age, norms, battery and functional-age band.

Questions
Is the web version of RiseScore free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the RiseScore iPhone app?+
The timers run only while this tab is open; the iPhone app keeps them going and can buzz you. Grip strength still needs a hand dynamometer — RiseScore records the number, it cannot measure it. No Health app or Apple Watch import on the web; every result is entered by hand. RiseScore never gives medical advice or diagnoses anything — it gives repeatable scores and published norms.
