What you can do in Pourover on the web
Live ratio calculator
Type a dose and the water weight snaps to your ratio; type a water weight and the ratio recalculates. Slide anywhere from 1:10 to 1:20.
Step pour timer
Each method carries its real pour plan — V60 bloom 45s, Chemex three pours, AeroPress stir-and-press — with a countdown ring, cumulative pour targets, a bell at every step and 3-2-1 beeps.
Brew journal you can search
Method, dose, water, ratio, grind setting, brew time, stars and tasting notes on every session, grouped by day and filterable by method.
Bean cellar with a freshness timeline
Track each bag by roaster, origin and roast date; a colour-coded timeline shows too fresh, peak (days 7–35), past peak and stale.
Insights on what actually works
Average rating by method, your best-rated ratio, a rating trend line and a bean league table — plus CSV export of the whole history.
Brew it again

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Pourover iPhone app?+
The pour timer runs while the tab is open; a browser may delay the bell or voice cue if you switch tabs, and there are no background notifications. The iPhone app can attach photos to a brew; the web version keeps text tasting notes only. Roast dates use your device clock, so the freshness window shifts if the clock is wrong.
