What PantryRx collects
PantryRx is an app for iPhone and iPad on the App Store and for Android on Google Play built by All Things AI, Inc. This policy applies to every version, whichever store you downloaded it from. Everything you enter into the app — your pantry, meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, diet and allergy settings, and photos you scan — stays on your device. We do not run a server that sees, stores, or processes your data.
Anonymous usage analytics
PantryRx uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics — for example which screens and features are used, session counts, and feature engagement. The purpose is to understand product usage so we can decide what to improve, not to identify you. Specifically:
- No advertising identifier (IDFA or Android Advertising ID) is used, and there is no tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
- No user accounts or user IDs — events are not linked to your identity.
- Your content never leaves the device: your pantry, meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, diet and allergy settings, and photos you scan are never uploaded.
- Any numeric usage data is sent only as coarse buckets, never precise values; free text is never sent.
Apart from these anonymous statistics, we do not advertise inside the app, sell data, or require an account, email, or sign-in.
Instacart (only when you ask)
PantryRx makes one kind of network request for your content: when you tap to send your grocery list to Instacart, the item names, amounts and the list title are sent to Instacart's Developer Platform to create a shopping-list page, which then opens in Instacart. Nothing is sent unless you tap it, nothing identifying you is included, and Instacart's own privacy policy applies once you're on their site. PantryRx may earn a commission on qualifying orders at no cost to you.

PantryRx™ is a trademark of All Things AI, Inc. (U.S. application serial no. 99597619).
- Instacart and the Instacart logo are trademarks of Maplebear Inc. (Instacart). PantryRx is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instacart beyond its Developer Platform program.
- Apple, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
- Store names shown as examples (Costco, Kroger, Safeway, Aldi, Publix) belong to their owners; availability depends on Instacart in your area.
In-app purchases
PantryRx is free with all features included. There is no in-app purchase, subscription, or paid tier — we don't run any payment infrastructure for this app.
Children
PantryRx is not directed at children under 13, in line with the app's age rating on the App Store.
Terms of use
Your use of PantryRx is governed by our Terms of Use and, as an App Store app, by Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA).
