What Moment: Run of Show does
Moment is a free event app for the people running the event and the people at it. Organizers set up the event, send updates, check people in and keep track of who has paid. Guests join with a code and get everything on their phone. Moment never handles money, shows no ads and doesn't track you. FOR ORGANIZERS • Sign in with Apple or Google and create an event in a minute • Make it yours: logo, banner, accent color, font and card style, and choose which sections guests see • Build the run of show so everyone knows what happens when • Push announcements with photos or video, before, during and after the event • Add co-admins and check-in staff • Check people in by scanning their pass, or with one tap from the list • Start and end the event when you're ready • Watch live stats: who joined, who checked in, who read your updates, who has paid PAYMENTS WITHOUT THE PAYMENT PROCESSOR Add Venmo, PayPal or Cash App links and QR codes, or connect a Zeffy account if you're a nonprofit. Zeffy payments are matched to attendees automatically through Zeffy's API and signed webhooks. Guests pay the organizer directly; Moment only shows who has paid, so you know at the door. They never touch our servers. Location data is stripped before anything is shared, and you choose which photos to save. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Moment runs on our own servers and our own database. No ads, no tracking, no AI, and nothing is sold. Organizers see the name, email, check-in and payment status of people at their own events, nothing more. Who it's for
Who Moment: Run of Show is for, and how it works
Moment is for anyone running an event people show up to in person: a PTA fundraiser, a club night, a church dinner, a nonprofit gala, a wedding weekend, a team offsite. You create the event on your iPhone or iPad, give guests a code, and run the whole thing from your phone.
Guests enter the code, sign in with Apple or Google, and see what the organizer wants them to see: the schedule, live announcements, their check-in pass and how to pay. Payments go straight to the organizer through Venmo, PayPal, Cash App or Zeffy; Moment only records who has paid.
