Mellow
Log what you drink in one tap and watch the calm amber calendar fill in
Beer, wine, cocktails, spirits and zero-proof with preset pours and ABVs, a month heatmap of every day, week and month stats with dry days, approximate spend and calories, and a dry-day streak. Free, no account, nothing leaves your browser.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in Mellow on the web
Three-tap quick log
Five drink types with the iPhone app's presets — 12 oz 5% beer, 5 oz 12% wine, 1.5 oz 40% cocktail or spirits, 12 oz zero-proof. Tap the tile on Home and it is logged, or open the full form for a custom pour.
Real standard-drink maths
Every pour is converted the US way — ounces × ABV ÷ 0.6 fl oz of ethanol — so a 12 oz beer, a 5 oz glass of wine and a 1.5 oz shot all read as exactly 1.0 standard drink. Calories scale with the pour.
Amber calendar heatmap
A month grid where every day is shaded by drink count — cream for zero, light amber for one, amber for two, deep amber for three or more. Tap a day to see exactly what you logged, or that it was dry.
Dry-day streak, calmly
One number: consecutive days with nothing alcoholic logged. Zero-proof never breaks it. No badges, no buzzing, no red anywhere in the app.
Week and month stats
Drinks, dry days, approximate spend and calories for this week and this month, standard drinks per week across eight weeks, a 12-week heatmap, and a donut of what you actually reach for.
A note on any drink
How you felt, what triggered it, who you were with — optional, never required, and it shows up on the calendar day and in the CSV export.

Questions
Is the web version of Mellow free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Mellow iPhone app?+
No evening reminder notification — the iPhone app can nudge you once at a time you choose; the web version only shows what you open. Drinks live in this browser, so there is no iCloud sync between devices; Export backup and the CSV are the way to move them. Approximate spend uses the same fixed US average price per serving as the iPhone app, not what you actually paid.
