What you can do in Kilowatch on the web
Ten-second bill entry
Type the kWh and the total off the paper or PDF bill and pick the month. No bank link, no utility login, no eleven-field form.
True effective rate
Total ÷ usage, with every rider, delivery charge and fuel adjustment already folded in — the one number your utility buries. Rendered in cents for electricity, dollars for gas, water and propane.
The verdict card
ΔBill = (usage change × old rate) + (rate change × new usage). Whichever component is at least 66% of the movement wins, and the card says it: SAME HOUSE. USED 4% LESS. BILL +$31. THE RATE DID IT.
Multi-year rate and usage charts
A stepped rate line beside usage bars over 1 year, 3 years or everything, with the biggest rate steps called out by month — because rate cases land as steps, not slopes.
Seasonal grid and state baselines
A 12-month × 3-year grid that compares July to last July so a heat wave never reads as a rate hike, plus bundled EIA residential baselines for all 50 states and DC to show whether you are being outpaced.
Multi-utility accounts and CSV export

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Kilowatch iPhone app?+
No PDF or photo bill import — there is no OCR, you type the two numbers exactly as on the iPhone. No monthly reminder: a browser tab cannot notify you when the bill lands, so the bill cadence here is only a note to yourself. The share card is rendered on screen to screenshot, or downloaded as an HTML file — the web version cannot hand you a PNG or push it straight into Messages. Export is CSV only; the iPhone app also renders a formatted PDF.
