What you can do in Form Coach on the web
The full 516-exercise catalog
Every exercise from the iPhone app across 19 families, with its own rep target, seconds-per-rep tempo, coach hint and step-by-step movement cues — searchable by name, family or cue.
A coached set with a score per rep
Hit start, tap on each rep against the exercise's own tempo cue, and every rep gets a 0–100 score and a coaching note. Hold exercises run a hold clock against their target instead.
Session summary that means something
Average, best and worst rep, the rep-by-rep bar chart, and whether you just beat your previous best form for that exercise. Zero reps shows a dash, never a made-up score.
History with a heat map
Six weeks of squares, your day streak, and every session grouped by day with its form score.
Stats and personal records
Form score over time for any exercise you have coached, reps per week over eight weeks, longest streak, and your best set for every movement.
Your next fix
Each session pulls out the note that showed up most often on your low-scoring reps, so you know the one thing to work on next time.

Questions
Is the web version of Form Coach free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Form Coach iPhone app?+
The iPhone app watches you through the camera with on-device pose tracking and scores each rep from your joint angles. A browser tab has no pose model, so the web coach scores rep tempo instead: you tap on each rep and Form Coach grades it against that exercise's own seconds-per-rep cue. No skeleton overlay, no video replay and no highlight reel — those need the camera. No Apple Watch heart-rate stream, no daily reminder notifications and no custom routine builder. Sessions are stored in this browser only, with no sync between devices.
