Account-discovery checklist
A placeholder for every kind of account that might exist — bank, brokerage, IRA and 401(k), life insurance, annuity, pension, Social Security, VA, safe-deposit box, USPS box, Treasury Direct, crypto, employer final pay, real property, vehicle title and outstanding debt — each moving from unknown to contacted, found, claimed or closed.
Deadline tracker seeded from your state
Opening a binder creates the four filings every executor faces: the EIN application, the creditor-notice period computed from that state's own window, the decedent's final Form 1040 and the estate's Form 1041 — then you add the county's own dates.
51-jurisdiction probate primer
All 50 states and DC with the small-estate threshold, whether summary administration is available, the creditor-notice window, the typical timeline, the statutory executor-fee schedule and the homestead allowance — searchable and bundled, no connection needed.
Beneficiary register with signed receipts
Each heir with their relationship, contact, bequest, share and distribution status — and whether they have signed a receipt, which is what closes an estate cleanly.
Executor expense ledger
Funeral, filing fee, appraiser, attorney, broker, transport and lodging you paid personally, with a running total of what the estate still owes you back and a CSV for reimbursement.
Communication log
Every call with the bank, the broker, the court clerk, the attorney, the IRS or an heir — timestamped with a name and what was said, so a stalled claim can be restarted.

No. Open Estatey and start using it right away. Sign in with Google only if you want to upvote an app, save it to your list, or leave a comment.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
