Barwork
Eight calisthenics skills, every prerequisite drill in order
Pick a goal — muscle-up, front lever, handstand, pistol squat — and Barwork lays out the whole progression ladder. Log reps or hold times, watch your personal best climb, and a step only unlocks the next rung once you hit the target enough times. Free, no install.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in Barwork on the web
Eight full skill ladders
Pull-up, muscle-up, front lever, back lever, handstand, handstand push-up, pistol squat and L-sit — 54 ordered progression steps, each with a named drill and a rep or hold-time target.
The real advancement rule
A step is mastered only when you have logged enough qualifying sets at or above its target, so you never skip a prerequisite.
Per-set logging with personal bests
Log reps or seconds with a session note; your all-time best per step and your progress toward the target update instantly.
Mastery rings and skill badges
Every skill carries a progress ring, and finishing a whole ladder earns the skill badge on the Badges screen.
Focused workout screen
Today's recommended step for every active skill, with a one-tap stepper to log a set without leaving the page.
Yours, offline
No account, no subscription and no ads. Set your own advance threshold, export a JSON backup or a CSV of every set.

Questions
Is the web version of Barwork free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Barwork iPhone app?+
The iPhone app runs a full-screen distraction-free workout session that walks you skill by skill; the browser version gives you the same queue on one scrolling page. There are no rest-timer notifications — the browser tab does not run reminders in the background.
