What you can do in Bahi on the web
A page per customer
Name, phone and a note, plus every credit and payment with the balance after each one — the paper bahi, minus the arithmetic.
You gave / you got
Record credit (udhaar) or a payment with amount, note and date; a live preview shows the balance before and after you save.
Total outstanding at a glance
The home screen totals what the shop is owed, counts customers with a balance, and lists who has crossed the overdue rule.
Overdue rule per customer
Default 30 days from the oldest unpaid credit; change it per customer (7–180 days) for regulars who settle monthly.
Statement to share
A clean credit statement — entries, total credit, total paid and balance due — copied as text, shared, or downloaded.
Advances handled
A payment larger than the balance becomes an advance, shown separately so nobody is chased for money they have already paid.

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Bahi iPhone app?+
The statement is shared as text or downloaded as a .txt file; the iPhone app shares it through the system share sheet to WhatsApp, SMS or PDF. No PIN lock on the web — anyone with access to this browser profile can open the ledger.
