What Tuitionly does
If your evenings are a relay between maths tuition, science coaching, dance class and the cricket academy, Tuitionly is the register you wish you'd kept from day one. Add each child, then each class they attend — subject, teacher, batch timing, monthly fee and the day it falls due — and the whole tuition life of your family sits on one screen instead of in your head.
The dues board is the heart of it. Most tuition fees in India are collected month to month, often in cash, often with nothing in writing. Tuitionly shows exactly which fees fall due this week, lets you record each payment with the date, amount and mode — cash, UPI or bank transfer — and keeps a running ledger per class and per child. At tax time or fee-dispute time, your full payment history is right there.
There's also a one-tap attendance tally. Mark each session held, missed by your child, or cancelled by the teacher, and at the end of the month you can see whether you actually got the twelve classes you paid for. And because so much of the coaching relationship lives in quick phone calls and gate-side chats, every teacher gets a contact card with dated notes — the fee hike they mentioned, the batch change, what they said at the last parent meeting.
Tuitionly is completely free and works entirely offline. No account, no sign-up, no server — everything is stored on your phone with SwiftData, and your family's fee records never leave your device.
• One screen for every child and every class • Dues board with this week's fees front and center • Payment ledger: date, amount, cash / UPI / bank • One-tap attendance: held, missed, cancelled • Classes-delivered vs fees-paid monthly view • Teacher contacts with dated conversation notes • 100% offline and private — and free
Download Tuitionly and walk into fee day already knowing the answer.

What's inside
- Children & classes — Add each child, then attach classes — subject or activity, teacher name, batch days and timing, monthly fee amount and the day of the month it falls due. The home screen groups classes by child with next-due chips.
- Dues board & payment ledger — A dues view lists every fee falling due this week and this month across all children; recording a payment captures amount, date and mode (cash, UPI, bank) and rolls the class to its next cycle, building a per-class payment history.
- Attendance tally — One tap per session marks it held, missed by the child, or cancelled by the teacher; a monthly summary per class compares sessions delivered against the fee paid so parents can spot short-changed months.
- Teacher notes & contacts — Each teacher gets a card with phone number and a dated note log for fee hikes, batch changes, test feedback and parent-meeting takeaways, linked from every class they teach.
Why we built it
A family with two kids in three classes each is juggling six different monthly fee cycles, six teachers and six attendance realities — with no statement, no receipt and no system. Parents forget due dates until the tutor sends an awkward WhatsApp, can't recall whether March was paid in cash, have no record for the 80C…
What makes it different
Unlike Afterschool (a US-market family activities hub organized around schedules and carpools) and Revise (a student-facing exam syllabus and revision tracker), Tuitionly is money-first and parent-side: a per-child, per-class fee ledger built for India's monthly cash-and-UPI coaching economy, with due-date cycles, pay…
Who it's for
Students, parents helping with homework, and adults who just want a fast answer without an upsell.
