What SprayLog does

Every commercial pesticide application you make is a legal record waiting to be requested. Federal rules require certified commercial applicators to keep restricted-use application records for two years and hand a copy to the customer within 30 days — and most states extend that to every commercial application, adding wind, temperature, and site details on top. SprayLog replaces the clipboard sheet in your truck with a record you can actually defend at an audit.

SprayLog is built for lawn care, tree care, and ornamental turf applicators — not row-crop farmers. No field grids, acreage maps, or crop rotations. Your world is customer properties: fifteen residential stops a day, each with its own lawn, beds, and trees. So SprayLog starts with reusable customer sites. Set up a property once with its address, treated areas, and site type, and every future visit is two taps from a complete record.

Your product cabinet stores every chemical you carry — EPA registration number, active ingredient, signal word, restricted-use status, re-entry interval, and your default rate — so you never re-type a reg number on a tailgate again. When you log an application, the tank-mix calculator does the math you redo on a phone calculator ten times a day: enter your rate and carrier volume and SprayLog computes exactly how much product goes in the tank, line by line, for multi-product mixes.

Conditions capture is one screen: wind speed, wind direction, temperature, and sky, recorded at the time of application — the fields state inspectors ask about first. Applicator name, license number, target pest, and equipment carry over from your last entry.
