Pool log. Pace. Goals. Offline.
Every feature, from the first launch.
No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.
What Lapcount does
Lapcount is the no-fuss swim logbook for pool swimmers who want real data without a smartwatch. After each swim, tap in your pool length, laps (or total distance), duration, and stroke notes — Lapcount does the math instantly: pace per 100 yards or metres, total volume, and how that session stacks up against your weekly goal.
A clean Home screen shows this week's distance vs your target and your five most recent swims. Trends view plots your weekly volume over time. Personal Bests highlights your fastest 100 pace and your longest swim ever, so every session has something to chase.
Built for U.S. Masters swimmers, adult lane swimmers, and competitive pool athletes across Asia who train without wrist devices or distrust auto-detection. 100 % offline — SwiftData on-device, no account, no internet needed.
• Auto pace-per-100 (yards or metres) • Weekly volume goal with progress bar • Stroke mix notes and feel rating per swim • Personal bests for pace and distance • Trends chart across weeks

What's inside
- Quick log sheet — Large-field entry for pool length, laps, duration, stroke mix note, and feel rating — designed for one-hand poolside use.
- Auto pace calculator — Instantly computes pace per 100 yards or metres from total distance and duration, shown on the log sheet and swim detail.
- Weekly goal tracker — Configurable weekly distance target with a progress bar on the Home screen showing yards/metres swum vs goal this week.
- Personal bests — Tracks fastest pace per 100 and longest single swim ever; auto-flags a new PB when a swim is logged.
- Trends view — Bar chart of weekly volume over rolling weeks so swimmers can spot training ramp-up or drop-off.
Why we built it
Swimmers who train without an Apple Watch or Garmin resort to paper, spreadsheets, or mental arithmetic to track yardage, calculate pace per 100, and know if they are hitting weekly volume goals. Existing phone apps are either auto-detection-only (requiring a watch) or clutter the log with complex workout builders tha…
What makes it different

Who it's for
Anyone who wants honest tracking without a coach, a subscription, or a streak guilting them at 11pm.
