What Iqamaly does
If you live in Saudi Arabia or the UAE, your life runs on a stack of expiring cards: iqama or Emirates ID, passport, residence visa, health insurance, driving licence, vehicle istimara and its Fahas inspection. Let one lapse and the meter starts — SR 500 for an expired iqama, AED 20 per day on a late Emirates ID, SR 300 for driving on an expired istimara. The fines don't wait for your SMS from the ministry, and neither should you.
Iqamaly is a renewal tracker built specifically for Gulf expats. Add each document once — for yourself and for every dependent you sponsor — and a single timeline shows what's safe, what needs renewing now, what's inside its grace period, and where a fine is already accruing. The risk windows are tuned to real rules per country and document type, like the UAE's 30-day Emirates ID grace period or Saudi Arabia's pre-expiry renewal windows, not a generic '30 days before' alarm.
Because Saudi documents run on the Hijri calendar, every expiry in Iqamaly shows both Hijri and Gregorian dates side by side — the single most common way expats get caught out. Each document also carries a renewal checklist so chained requirements (a valid Fahas and insurance before the istimara will renew, photos and fees for the licence) are done in the right order, the first time.
Iqamaly is completely free, works 100% offline, and asks for no account. Everything is stored locally on your device with SwiftData — your passport numbers and ID details never touch a server, ours or anyone else's.
• Tracks iqama, Emirates ID, passport, visa, insurance, licence, istimara & Fahas • Fine-risk windows tuned to Saudi and UAE rules, with grace periods • Family profiles for every dependent you sponsor • Dual Hijri / Gregorian dates on every document • Renewal checklists that respect chained requirements • Local notifications before each risk window opens • 100% offline, no account, nothing leaves your phone
Download Iqamaly today and let the fines expire instead.

What's inside
- Document vault — Add documents from country-aware presets — iqama, Emirates ID, passport, residence visa, health insurance, driving licence, istimara, Fahas — each with issue and expiry dates, number, and an optional note; the home screen sorts everything by soonest risk.
- Fine-risk timeline — A colour-coded timeline renders each document's window — safe, renew-now, grace period, fine accruing — using per-country rules (UAE's 30-day Emirates ID grace then AED 20/day; Saudi pre-expiry renewal windows), with local notifications fired before each transition.
- Family profiles — Create a profile for each sponsored dependent — spouse, children, parents — with their own document set; a household overview shows whose document expires next across the whole family.
- Renewal checklists & Hijri dates — Each document type carries an ordered renewal checklist that models chained requirements (valid Fahas and insurance before istimara renewal, photos and fees for licences), and every date in the app is displayed in both Hijri and Gregorian calendars.
Why we built it
Gulf expats juggle 5-10 expiring documents per family member, each with different renewal windows, grace periods and escalating fines (SR 500 for a lapsed iqama, AED 20/day after the Emirates ID's 30-day grace, SR 300 for an expired istimara), some dated in Hijri rather than Gregorian, and some renewable only after ot…
What makes it different
Unlike Ninety, which counts rolling 90/180 Schengen presence days for travellers in Europe, Iqamaly tracks fixed-date document renewals for residents of Saudi Arabia and the UAE: per-country fine-risk windows and grace periods, dual Hijri/Gregorian dates, family-member profiles for sponsored dependents, and chained re…
