Baby growth charts, offline

Every feature, from the first launch.

No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.

What Growthly does

Growthly turns pediatric checkup numbers into a story you can actually see. Log your child's height, weight and head circumference after each visit, and Growthly instantly plots them against WHO percentile bands — the same reference used by pediatricians worldwide. No subscriptions, no account, no network connection ever required.

Parents of multiple children can keep every kid's timeline in one place, switching between them with a single tap. A clean milestone log lets you jot first steps, first words, and other moments right alongside the measurements that mark each stage of growth.

All data lives on your device in SwiftData, private and portable.

• Growth charts for height, weight, and head circumference • WHO percentile bands (offline reference tables) • Multiple children, each with their own timeline • Milestone log alongside measurements • Imperial or metric, your choice • 100% offline — no account, no ads, no cloud

What's inside

  • Growth chart — Interactive line chart showing height, weight and head circumference plotted over age against WHO percentile bands (3rd, 15th, 50th, 85th, 97th). Tap any data point to see the exact measurement and percentile.
  • Measurement log — Quick-entry sheet to add a dated measurement with height (cm/in), weight (kg/lb) and optional head circumference. Edit or delete any past entry from a chronological list.
  • Multiple children — Add unlimited children each with a name, birthdate and biological sex. Home screen shows every child with their latest percentile at a glance.
  • Milestone log — Attach freeform milestone notes (first steps, first word, first tooth) to any date on the timeline, displayed alongside measurements in the child's detail view.

Why we built it

After each well-child visit parents walk out with a percentile number but no easy way to track how that number has changed over time. Paper records get lost, existing apps are either cluttered all-in-one suites or lock growth charts behind a subscription, and almost all require an account that puts sensitive child hea…

What makes it different

A focused, fully offline child growth tracker that embeds WHO percentile tables and renders clean, interactive growth curves — no account, no subscription for core charting, no network required. Unlike broad baby-tracker suites (Baby Connect, Glow Baby) it does one thing exceptionally well and keeps all data on-device.

Who it's for

Anyone who wants honest tracking without a coach, a subscription, or a streak guilting them at 11pm.
