What Confetti does

Confetti is the delightfully simple event planner for the occasions that matter most — birthdays, baby showers, dinner parties, holiday gatherings. Create an event, then let Confetti’s four tightly integrated tabs keep every detail in order from first invite to final toast.

Guests: add anyone, log their RSVP as Yes, No, or Maybe, include their party size, and always know your real headcount. Budget: set a total, add line items by category, and watch your running spend stay under control. Tasks: a checklist with due offsets so you know what needs doing this week versus day-of. Timeline: a simple hour-by-hour schedule for the event itself so the day flows without chaos.

• Events hub — A card-based home screen listing all upcoming events with live countdowns, event type badges, and a quick-add sheet to create a new event with title, date, type, and total budget.
• Guest & RSVP tracker — Add guests by name with optional party size; mark each RSVP as Yes, No, or Maybe. A header shows total invited, confirmed headcount, and pending count in real time.
• Live budget — Set an event budget total, then log individual expenses with label, amount, and category. A progress bar shows amount spent versus remaining, with a per-category breakdown for premium users.
• Tasks & day-of timeline — A checklist of to-dos each tied to a due offset (e.g., 7 days before, day-of). Premium unlocks the timeline tab: labeled time slots (e.g., 5:00 PM — Guests arrive) for a smooth event flow.

Why we built it

Hosts juggle RSVPs in group texts, budgets in Notes or spreadsheets, tasks on scraps of paper, and the day-of schedule in their head — leading to forgotten details, overspending, and last-minute chaos that steals the joy from their own party.
