What you can do in Zakatly on the web
Asset and liability ledger
Five zakatable categories — cash and bank, gold grams, silver grams, business inventory, trade receivables — plus liabilities that come off the top, each with its own note.
Nisab you control
Choose the gold basis (85 g) or the silver basis (595 g) and type your own spot rate per gram. The threshold, the net wealth and the 2.5% recalculate the moment you change it.
A nisab gauge, not just a number
Net wealth is drawn against the threshold so you can see at a glance whether zakat is obligatory, plus a stacked bar of how your wealth is split by category.
Payment log with causes
Record each payment against one of nine causes with the recipient, date and a note; the dashboard always shows due, paid and remaining, and a ring for how much is fulfilled.
Hawl years you can close
Close a hawl year and Zakatly archives its due and paid totals, opens the next year and carries your assets over — with a bar chart of zakat due year by year.
Separate household profiles
Keep a parent's or a business's zakat in its own profile with its own currency, hawl years, assets and payments.

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Zakatly iPhone app?+
Zakatly never fetches a live gold or silver price — you type the rate per gram yourself, exactly as on iPhone. It is an informational calculation aid, not a religious ruling. Treatment of jewellery, pensions, shares and long-term debt varies between schools — consult a qualified scholar. The iPhone app can send local reminders when your hawl date approaches; a browser tab cannot, so the dashboard shows a countdown of days left instead. Amounts are formatted in the profile's currency but never converted between currencies — enter every figure in the one currency you chose. Your ledger is saved in this browser only; the iPhone app keeps it in SwiftData on device. Export JSON or CSV to move it.
