Yoga Coach
Twenty poses, six flows and the coach's own alignment rubric
Guided pose flows with spoken transition cues and hold timers, four meditation scripts, three breathing patterns with a living orb, and a per-pose alignment score built from the same weighted checkpoints the iPhone app scores from the camera. Free, offline, no account.

What you can do in Yoga Coach on the web
Twenty foundational poses, fully ported
Mountain to Savasana with Sanskrit names, setup guidance, hold targets, difficulty bands and the entry score that means you are in the pose.
The real alignment rubric
Every pose carries the coach's own checkpoints with their real weights — "Stand tall through your spine" is worth twice "Level your shoulders". Each hold ends with that checklist and a weighted 0–100 score.
Seven guided flows
Your First Session, Beginner Flow, Morning Wake-Up, Evening Wind-Down, Hip Openers, Balance and Core — each a data-defined sequence with per-pose hold times and spoken transition cues.
Meditation and breathing
Settle, Ground, Drift and Deep Rest scripts delivered line by line on their original timings, plus Box, 4-7-8 and Coherent breathing with an orb that grows on the inhale.
Streak, minutes and pose bests
An eight-week heatmap, minutes per week, your best score and best hold for every pose, and a focus area that names the pose most worth another minute.
Nothing leaves the browser
No camera, no upload, no account. Export every session as CSV or a JSON backup whenever you want it elsewhere.

Try it with sample data: Loads three weeks of practice — sixteen pose flows with per-pose alignment scores climbing from the low sixties to ninety, five meditations and three breathing sessions — so the streak, heatmap and pose bests are all populated. You can start fresh at any time.

Questions
Is the web version of Yoga Coach free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Yoga Coach iPhone app?+
The iPhone app watches you through the camera and scores your alignment live with on-device body-pose detection. The browser version has no camera, so each hold ends with the same weighted checkpoints and you tick the ones you were holding. There is no Apple Watch companion, heart rate, haptic breath pacing or session video recording on the web. Voice cues use your browser's built-in speech voice, which is less natural than the iPhone app's and may be silent until you interact with the page. Your practice history lives in this browser alone and does not sync to your phone, so export a CSV or JSON backup before clearing site data.
