A browser tab cannot wake you with a 9:00 AM notification, so a flagged milestone shows a banner on the Weeks screen on the day instead of a local notification. The share poster downloads as an SVG file rather than going straight into a share sheet as a rendered image. Your birthdate and milestones live in this browser's storage — a different browser, device or a cleared history starts empty, so export a backup if you want to keep them.
