What you can do in ShaadiBook on the web
Per-function budgets
Roka, haldi, mehndi, sangeet, pheras, reception or your own custom function — each with a date, a budget, a per-plate rate and line items across ten categories from venue to gifts & shagun. The home screen rolls them all into one shaadi total.
Vendor advance ledger
The heart of it: booked amount, every advance you have paid with date and method (cash, UPI, bank transfer, card, cheque), the running balance still due, and a final-payment due date that flags overdue vendors.
Guest-count scenarios
Pick a function, slide invited guests from 50 to 1,500 and add a plus-one buffer up to 30%. The catering bill moves live, 300 vs 400 vs 500 sit side by side, and a cost curve shows where the money goes as the list grows.
Family contributions
Record what each household pledged and what has arrived, split across the bride's side, the groom's side, the couple and relatives, with a donut of who is funding what share and how much of the budget is covered.
Where the money goes
Every function breaks its spending down by category on a ranked bar so you can see whether decor or outfits is quietly eating the sangeet budget.
Exports and privacy
Download the vendor ledger or every line item as CSV, or a full JSON backup. Nothing leaves your browser — no account, no server.

Yes. Every screen is free to use: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no account.
Do I need an account?+
No. Open ShaadiBook and start using it right away. Sign in with Google only if you want to upvote an app, save it to your list, or leave a comment.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Is there a ShaadiBook app for iPhone or Android?+
Not yet. ShaadiBook is a community proposal: the browser version is complete, and we build the iPhone and Android app once 100 people upvote it. Upvoters get one email when it ships.
