Seizure Folio
The seizure diary your neurologist asks for — free, and no account
Log a seizure in seconds: type, duration, aura, triggers, recovery and notes. Track your AEDs and missed doses, chart frequency by week, month, type and trigger, and take a clean clinical summary to the appointment. Free, nothing gated, nothing uploaded.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in Seizure Folio on the web
Log a seizure in seconds
The seven categories a neurologist diary uses — focal aware, focal impaired, tonic-clonic, absence, myoclonic, atonic, other — plus minute-and-second duration, aura description, seven trigger tags, recovery time and free-text notes.
Medication and missed-dose log
Your AEDs with dose and schedule, a running 14-day adherence percentage, and one tap to mark a dose taken or missed — because a missed dose is one of the most common triggers, and it's a tag on the seizure form too.
Frequency charts
Seizures per week over the last 8 weeks or per month over the last 6, plus counts by type and by trigger, so a pattern is visible rather than remembered.
The neurologist report
Total logged, last 30 and 90 days, most common type, average duration, most common trigger, adherence, the type and trigger breakdowns, your medications and every entry — copy it or download it as a text file to print or attach.
Every entry stays editable
Open any entry to see the full record, walk forward and back through the folio, and edit or delete it — the charts and the report recalculate as you go.
Free and account-free
No subscription, no login, no cloud sync to break. Everything is written to this browser only, and you can export a JSON backup any time.

Questions
Is the web version of Seizure Folio free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Seizure Folio iPhone app?+
No video note: the iPhone app attaches a short clip stored in the app's own sandbox and never uploaded. A browser cannot hold a video file that way, so describe what a witness saw in the notes instead. The report is copied or downloaded as a plain-text clinical summary rather than the formatted one- to two-page PDF the iPhone app renders and shares. Everything lives in this browser only — clearing site data erases the folio, and it does not follow you to another device. Export a JSON backup to keep a copy. A personal seizure journal, filled in by hand. It does not detect seizures, does not alert anyone, and does not diagnose anything. If a seizure lasts longer than five minutes, or one follows another without recovery in between, that is a medical emergency — call for help rather than reaching for an app.
