Sawm
Mark today’s fast in one tap — and never lose track of a qada day
A calm, brand-neutral Ramadan companion: kept, missed, qada or exempt in one tap, suhoor and iftar checks, a colour-coded 30-day grid, per-day intentions, and a qada list that outlives Ramadan. Free, offline, no account.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in Sawm on the web
One-tap fast status
Kept, missed, qada or exempt for every day of the month, with suhoor and iftar checks and a short intention or reflection you can write on any day.
Colour-coded 30-day grid
The whole month at a glance on the real weekday layout — kept days in teal, missed in red, qada in amber, exempt in grey — with a ↺ marker on any fast you have since made up.
Qada tracker that outlives Ramadan
Every missed or qada day collects in one list. Mark one made up today or log the date you actually fasted, and it moves to Completed with its own note.
Your own fajr and maghrib
Enter your city’s prayer times once and Sawm shows your suhoor and iftar cues offset from them — no GPS, no prayer-time API, no network call ever.
Any Ramadan, your dates
Add each observance with the first day your own community sighted the moon and a 29- or 30-day month; last year’s qada list stays with you.
Private by construction
Everything is stored in this browser only. Export your fasts as CSV or the whole record as JSON any time.

Questions
Is the web version of Sawm free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Sawm iPhone app?+
There are no push notifications on the web: the iPhone app fires local suhoor and iftar reminders, while here the same offsets are shown as times on the Today card and day detail. Sawm never calculates prayer times or moon sighting — on iPhone and on the web alike you enter your own fajr, maghrib and first day of Ramadan. The grid uses Gregorian dates you supply rather than a bundled Hijri calendar, so it matches whatever your community observes.
