What you can do in Sanchay on the web
The whole family in one ledger
Your PPF, your spouse's PPF, each daughter's SSY, the NSC certificates, a parent's SCSS — grouped by holder, with balances, rates, institutions and the full deposit history.
The 5th-of-the-month rule, in rupees
Deposit after the 5th and that month's interest is gone. Sanchay shows the exact amount per account, and what a whole year of late deposits costs.
April 1–5 versus a monthly drip
Ports the real interest maths: a lump sum on April 1 earns for all twelve months, twelve on-time monthly deposits earn 78 month-units. The difference is shown as a rupee figure per account.
Dormancy protection
Watches the ₹500 PPF and ₹250 SSY annual minimums against this financial year's deposits and tells you exactly how much is still short before 31 March.
Family maturity ladder
Every account's span on one timeline plus a year-by-year milestone list — PPF loan year 3, partial withdrawal year 7, 15-year maturity, SSY age-18 withdrawal and age-21 maturity, NSC and SCSS end dates — each with a projected value.
80C rollup and CSV for your CA
Pick a financial year and see deposits per account against the ₹1,50,000 limit, with a bar chart across years and a deposit-by-deposit CSV download.

Try it with sample data: Loads a six-account family portfolio — two PPFs, two SSYs, a parent's SCSS and an NSC certificate — with sixteen deposits including six months of a standing instruction, some of it deliberately posted after the 5th. You can start fresh at any time.

Questions
Is the web version of Sanchay free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Sanchay iPhone app?+
The iPhone app schedules local notifications before the 5th and before April 5; the browser version shows the same deadlines and countdowns on the Deadlines tab but cannot send you a push. Export is CSV and clipboard rather than the iPhone app's formatted 80C PDF. Interest is projected with annual compounding at the rate you enter, so figures are estimates for your own records — the official schemes credit interest on their own calculation.
