RSD Log

Log the spike, close the loop 24 hours later, watch the prediction fall apart

The offline CBT evidence loop for Rejection-Sensitive Dysphoria: capture the trigger, the severity and the story your brain told you — then record what actually happened and see the percentage of catastrophes that never arrived. Free, no account.

What you can do in RSD Log on the web

1

Log a spike in under a minute

One-sentence trigger, a 0–10 severity slider with the app's own wording (“the alarm is up”, “full klaxon”), and the catastrophic story your brain just told you.

2

The 24-hour check

Any open entry past 24 hours surfaces on the home screen asking what actually happened; pick one of the five outcomes and add the real story to close the loop.

3

The evidence file

The headline percentage of predictions disproved, a donut of how your loops closed, and every entry laid out prediction-beside-actual.

4

All seven cognitive distortions

Mind reading, catastrophizing, all-or-nothing, personalization, fortune telling, emotional reasoning and should statements — tag them on a spike and read the CBT definition.

5

90-day severity heatmap

A cell per day tinted by your worst spike that day, average severity per week, and a ranking of which distortion fires most often.

6

Nothing leaves this browser

No account, no cloud, no AI prompt going to a server; export your whole log as JSON whenever you want it.

Screens

Every screen, rebuilt for the browser

  1. 1

    Today

Greeting, entries waiting for a follow-up, the disproved percentage, and your recent spikes.

  2. 2

    Log a spike

Trigger, severity slider, the story your brain told you, and distortion chips.

  3. 3

    Spike detail

The whole record: severity, prediction beside actual, distortions tagged, and where the loop stands.

  4. 4

    24-hour check

Yesterday's entry re-read, then what actually happened plus one of the five outcomes.

  5. 5

    Evidence file

The headline percentage disproved, how the loops closed, and every prediction against its actual.

  6. 6

    Severity heatmap

90 days tinted by the worst spike each day, weekly average severity and your most frequent distortions.

  7. 7

    Cognitive distortions

The seven shapes the RSD brain takes, each with its CBT definition and how often you've tagged it.

  8. 8

    Settings

Follow-up window, disproof rules, your log's counts, export and erase.

Try it with sample data: Loads twelve spikes across the last six weeks — ten closed loops (eight disproved, one the same, one genuinely worse) and two still waiting for their 24-hour check. You can start fresh at any time.

Questions

Is the web version of RSD Log free?+

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.

Where is my data stored?+

Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.

Do I need an account?+

You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.

How is the web version different from the RSD Log iPhone app?+

The iPhone app fires a local notification exactly 24 hours after each spike; the browser has no notification, so due entries surface as a callout on the home screen instead. Everything is stored in this browser only — clearing site data erases the log, and there is no sync between your phone and this tab. RSD Log is not a medical device. It is a private record, not treatment; a clinician is the right place for significantly impairing rejection sensitivity.
