Quitkit
Count every day, every dollar and every craving you rode out
Set your quit date and what vaping cost you a day, and Quitkit shows your smoke-free streak, the money back in your pocket, and all 14 milestones. Log cravings with a ride-it-out timer and watch your triggers shrink. Free, no account, nothing to install.

What you can do in Quitkit on the web
Streak and savings from your real numbers
Your quit date and daily spend drive a live day count and a dollar figure that ticks up every hour — no estimates, no averages.
All 14 milestones
Nine time badges from the first hour to a full year, and five money badges from $10 to $1,000, each with a progress bar and how far you have left.
Ride-it-out timer
A 60-second to 10-minute countdown ring you start the moment a craving hits — it ends by marking the craving as ridden out, ready to log.
Craving log with triggers and intensity
Mild to Intense on the same four-level scale as the iPhone app, tagged with one of nine triggers — Stress, Boredom, After Meal, Social, Anxiety, Old Habit, Alcohol, Driving, Other.
Insights that tell you if it's working
Cravings per day for the last two weeks with a plain-English trend, your top triggers ranked, an intensity donut and your resistance rate ring.
Yours alone
No account, no community feed, no ads. Everything stays in this browser and exports as JSON or CSV whenever you want it.

Questions
Is the web version of Quitkit free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Quitkit iPhone app?+
The ride-it-out timer only counts down while this tab is open — the iPhone app can nudge you with a notification and keep time in the background. There are no daily check-in reminders on the web; the iPhone app schedules a gentle notification. Quitkit is a motivational tracker, not medical treatment. For medical help quitting, talk to a clinician or call a quitline.
