Quietsleep
The sleep programme that refuses to score you
Run the CBT-I protocol instead: a sleep window computed from last night's efficiency, an eight-item wind-down list, a stimulus-control timer and a worry dump that deletes itself. No sleep score, no graphs, nothing kept beyond seven nights.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in Quietsleep on the web
Tonight's earliest in-bed time
Tell it when you must be up and it works back from last night's efficiency: the window grows 15 minutes at 90% or better, shrinks 15 minutes at 80% or worse, floor 5h 30m, ceiling 8h 30m. That is the whole algorithm, printed on the screen.
Eight quiet checks
The behavioural half of CBT-I as a nightly list — dim lights, cool room, no caffeine since 2 p.m., screens out of reach — ticked once and reset on its own at midnight.
Stimulus-control nudge
A 15, 20 or 25-minute timer you start at lights out. If it runs down while you are still awake, one soft chime tells you to get up and sit somewhere dim until you feel sleepy.
Worry dump that forgets
Park tomorrow's anxieties in writing before bed. Every entry deletes itself after seven days, and nothing is tagged, analysed or scored.
A morning brief of three numbers
Time in bed, minutes awake, tonight's earliest in-bed. Plus the last seven nights written as numbers, never as bars.
Seven nights, then gone
There is no long history to obsess over. Older nights and worries are purged automatically — the retention limit is the treatment.

Questions
Is the web version of Quietsleep free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Quietsleep iPhone app?+
The iPhone app nudges you with a haptic; a browser tab can only play one soft tone, and only while the tab is open. There are no bedtime reminders or notifications on the web. Nights, worries and ticks live in this browser only, and the seven-day purge applies here exactly as it does on the phone. Quietsleep is a self-help CBT-I tool, not a clinician, and it never measures your sleep — every number is your own estimate.
