QuietCycle
Track your cycle with no account and nothing sent anywhere
Log flow, symptoms, mood, cervical mucus and basal body temperature on a tinted month calendar. QuietCycle works out your average cycle, period length, variability and a clearly-labelled fertile-window estimate — all in this browser, free.
Stored in your browser only. Nothing you do in the web version is sent to our servers. Clear your browser data and it's gone — so export a backup from the in-app menu if you want to keep it.

What you can do in QuietCycle on the web
A calendar that reads at a glance
Period days tint by flow strength, the predicted period is dashed, the estimated fertile window is a warm band and ovulation is its darker peak. Today is ringed.
The full day log
Five flow levels, ten symptoms, five moods, four cervical-mucus observations and a basal body temperature in °F or °C — the same fields as the iPhone app.
Periods detected, not declared
A period is a run of light, medium or heavy days, and a single missed log will not split one in two. Spotting never starts a period.
Fertile window with the warning first
Ovulation is estimated 14 days before your next predicted period, with the window five days before through the day after — and the app says plainly that this is an estimate, not contraception.
Temperature shift detection
QuietCycle looks for three days at least 0.3°F above the trailing six-day baseline, the classic sign that ovulation has already happened, and says whether it found one.
Insights that stay here
Average cycle and period length, variability, a bar per completed cycle, a 35-day BBT curve and the symptoms you log most — computed in the page, never uploaded.
Discreet mode and a way out
Hide every colour behind neutral dots if you share the device, and export the whole log as CSV or JSON — or erase it in one tap.

Questions
Is the web version of QuietCycle free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the QuietCycle iPhone app?+
The iPhone app can lock itself behind Face ID or your passcode; a web page cannot, so use a private window or discreet mode if you share this device. There is no Apple Health read or write in the browser, and no period reminders. Your log lives in this browser only — clearing site data erases it, so export a JSON backup if you want to keep it. Every prediction here is an estimate from what you logged. It is not contraception and not medical advice.
