What you can do in Playtally: Board Game Log on the web
Your shelf, tile by tile
Add games with player range, play time, complexity weight 1–5 and a box colour; search and sort by name, most played, weight or last played.
Log a play in one pass
Pick the game, quick-add players from your roster, type each score, tap the crown for the winner — or flip it to a co-op night and record whether the table won or lost.
Stats that matter
Per-player win rates and head-to-head records, most-played bars, total plays and hours, a plays-per-month chart and your current + longest game-night week streak.

Enter how many are at the table, how long you have and a max complexity — Playtally filters the shelf to the games that fit and picks one, with a spin-again.
Loaned out and wishlist

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Playtally: Board Game Log iPhone app?+
There is no BoardGameGeek lookup — you type the game's name, player range, play time and weight yourself, exactly as on the iPhone. The iPhone app's box tiles animate and it supports iPad split view; the web tiles are static. Data lives in this browser only, so it doesn't follow you to another device — export a JSON backup to move it.
