Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Peshi iPhone app?+
The iPhone app raises the seven-day, three-day confirm and day-before reminders as offline local notifications; a browser tab cannot, so Peshi shows the Upcoming board and the confirm prompts instead. There is no photo vault on the web — the iPhone version keeps pictures of orders, receipts and notices alongside each paper on the checklist. The case history exports as text you can copy or download, not as the formatted PDF the iPhone app produces. Everything is saved in this browser only. Clearing site data erases it and it does not sync between devices, so keep a JSON backup — a decade-long case record should survive a phone change.
