Iqamaly

Every expiry. Zero fines. The Gulf-expat renewal tracker, in your browser

Track the iqama, Emirates ID, passport, visa, insurance, licence, istimara and Fahas for your whole household. Risk windows follow the real per-country rules — the UAE's 30-day grace then AED 20/day, Saudi's 90-day Absher window — with Hijri dates beside every Gregorian one. Free, offline.

What you can do in Iqamaly on the web

1

Document vault sorted by fine risk

Everything you hold, ordered by how close the penalty is — fine accruing, grace period, renew now, safe — never by alphabet or date added.

2

Real per-country rules, not a generic alarm

An Emirates ID gets a 30-day renewal window then a 30-day grace before AED 20/day; a Saudi iqama renews 90 days early with no grace at all. Each of the ten document types has its own rule in each country.

3

Fine-risk band per document

A colour band shows the whole life of the document — renewal window opening, expiry, grace, fines — with a marker for exactly where today sits.

4

Family profiles

A profile for every dependent you sponsor — spouse, children, parents — each with their own document set, and a household view of whose expires next.

5

Ordered renewal checklists

Each document type carries the real chained sequence: a valid Fahas and motor insurance before the istimara will renew, visa before Emirates ID, insurance before the iqama.

6

Hijri and Gregorian side by side

Umm al-Qura dates next to every Gregorian one — the single most common way expats get caught out on a Saudi expiry.

Screens

Every screen, rebuilt for the browser

  1. 1

    Vault

The most urgent document as a hero, counts in each risk window, and every document soonest-risk first.

  2. 2

    Document

The fine-risk band, dual Hijri/Gregorian dates, the country rule with what a lapse costs, and the renewal checklist.

  3. 3

    Add document

Country-aware presets, whose it is, number, issue and expiry dates — the checklist is created with it.

  4. 4

    Timeline

Expiries per month for the next year coloured by worst risk, then every document grouped by risk window.

  5. 5

    Risk rules

Every renewal window, grace period and fine for both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, side by side.

  6. 6

    Family

A card per household profile with their next expiry and how urgent it is.

  7. 7

    Profile

One family member's documents, sorted by risk, with their at-risk and safe counts.

  8. 8

    Settings

Hijri display, extra warning lead time, household counts, backup, sample data and erase.

Try it with sample data: Loads a Riyadh household — Faisal the sponsor, Mariam, Omar and Salma in Sharjah — with fourteen documents spread across all four risk windows, including an Emirates ID sitting inside its 30-day UAE grace period and a lapsed Fahas. You can start fresh at any time.

Questions

Is the web version of Iqamaly free?+

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.

Where is my data stored?+

Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.

Do I need an account?+

You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.

How is the web version different from the Iqamaly iPhone app?+

No push notifications in the browser: the vault and timeline are the alarm, so open Iqamaly when you check your other apps. Renewal windows and fines are modelled from published Saudi and UAE rules and can change — confirm with Absher, Muqeem or the ICP app before relying on a grace period. No scanned copies of documents on the web; the vault holds the numbers, dates and notes.
