The WHO Child Growth Standards LMS tables for 0–60 months are embedded in the page, so every measurement gets an exact percentile for that child's sex and age in months — computed here, never looked up.

Height, weight or head circumference drawn over the 3rd, 15th, 50th, 85th and 97th percentile curves, with your child's own line and a dot on every visit.
Every child, their own timeline
Add as many children as you like with name, birthdate and biological sex; the home screen shows each one's age and latest percentile at a glance.

Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Growthly iPhone app?+
The iPhone app can hold a progress-photo timeline; the web version keeps numbers, notes and milestones only. Reference curves stop at 60 months, matching the WHO 0–5 year standards the iPhone app uses. Everything is stored in this browser, so clearing site data erases it and another device starts empty — export the JSON backup to move it.
