Genny
Find out, in plain naira, what your generator really costs to run
Log fuel by the litre and hours by the timer, and Genny works out price per litre, litres per hour, naira per hour, hour-based service countdowns and a monthly gen-vs-prepaid-grid comparison. Free, no account.

What you can do in Genny on the web
A ledger per gen
The big diesel and the small "I better pass my neighbour" each get their own fuel, hours, servicing and cost-per-hour history.
Fuel log in naira
Litres and total paid per jerrycan or pump visit; Genny charts price per litre over time and totals your fuel spend.
Start/stop runtime or type the hours
A live timer for the hours the gen is actually on, plus manual entry for the nights you forgot — both feed engine hours.
Litres and naira per hour
Fuel plus servicing divided by real recorded runtime — the number nobody works out by hand.
Servicing counted in engine hours
Oil every 100 hours, plugs, filters and coolant, counted down from what the gen really did, with due-soon and overdue meters.
Gen vs prepaid grid
Fuel plus servicing against what you loaded on the meter, with a three-month comparison and your effective grid tariff per unit.

Questions
Is the web version of Genny free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Genny iPhone app?+
The runtime timer only counts while this tab is open — close it and the session keeps its start time, but log long overnight runs by hand to be safe. No push notifications: due and overdue services are flagged on the Gens and Report screens instead of your lock screen. Genny has no fuel-price feed — every litre and every naira is what you actually paid, typed in by you.
