The full 45-term lexicon
Gelatin, tallow, lard, rennet, collagen, heparin, lanolin, magnesium stearate, mono- and diglycerides, whey, casein and 34 more — across foods, dairy, additives, medications and cosmetics, with every alias the label might use.
Delayed-reaction timeline
Log a reaction and the app surfaces every meal eaten 1.5–7 hours earlier, closest first, highlighting the red and amber ones — the AGS delay that makes nobody suspect lunch.

Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.

How is the web version different from the Alpha-Gal Safe iPhone app?+
The iPhone app can read a label from the camera; on the web you paste or type the ingredient list. The lexicon is bundled and offline, so it never updates itself the way an App Store release does. Foods, reactions and bites live in this browser's storage only — clearing site data erases them, so export a backup. An educational organizer, not medical advice: verify with your allergist, and in an emergency use your epinephrine and call 911.
