Severity 0–10, the affected body systems from the same twelve-system list, and a private note — charted over 30, 90 or 180 days with an average that compares against the window before.
82 rare diseases, ICD-10 indexed
The bundled library the iPhone app ships — Ehlers-Danlos, POTS, MCAS, Fabry, Pompe, Wilson’s and 76 more — searchable by name, ICD-10 code, disease group or abbreviation, with Suspected / Active / Managed / Resolved status.
Medications and care team
Drug, dose, route, schedule, who prescribed it, start and stop dates, side-effect notes — plus every specialist with their practice and a tap-to-dial direct line.
A searchable document vault
Add a lab panel, imaging report or consult note with its text (typed, pasted or imported from a .txt file) and search every word of every report at once.

Yes. Every screen is free to use: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no account.
Do I need an account?+
No. Open Foundling and start using it right away. Sign in with Google only if you want to upvote an app, save it to your list, or leave a comment.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Is there a Foundling app for iPhone or Android?+
Not yet. Foundling is a community proposal: the browser version is complete, and we build the iPhone and Android app once 100 people upvote it. Upvoters get one email when it ships.
