What you can do in Clearmind on the web

1

The full 8-week protocol

All 32 exercises, in sequence: the CBT triangle, thought records, behavioural activation, exposure, problem-solving, sleep and body, values, relapse prevention. Read each day, mark it done, watch the ring fill.

2

60-second mood log

Three taps — mood, energy, anxiety — plus one sentence. Thirty-day line charts for mood and anxiety, a twelve-week heatmap, seven-day averages and a check-in streak.

3

ABC thought records

Activating event, Belief, Consequence, then tap the distortions you can see from the 12 named ones, then write the reframe. A chart shows which distortions you use most.

4

Activity calendar with Mastery and Pleasure

Schedule blocks on a month calendar, mark them done, then rate Mastery and Pleasure 1-5 after the fact — and see when pleasure is lagging behind mastery.

5

Ten-rung exposure ladder

Build the hierarchy least scary to most, log pre / during / post SUDS 0-100 for every repetition, and the app tells you which rung to stay on until the drop is reliable.

6

Crisis card with 988

Your warning signs, your coping moves, the people you would call, and the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline — one tap from the home screen, and copyable to keep somewhere you will see it.

7

It says what it is not

Three logged days of severe distress in a row and Clearmind puts 988 at the top of the home screen and asks you to bring in a person. Everything is unlocked; there is no paid tier.

Questions

Is the web version of Clearmind free?+

Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.

Where is my data stored?+

Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.

Do I need an account?+

You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.

How is the web version different from the Clearmind iPhone app?+

No reminders or notifications — the iPhone app can nudge you for the daily check-in; here the home screen is the nudge. The crisis card's Call now link opens your device's dialler if it has one; on a desktop browser it may do nothing, so keep the numbers written down too. Everything is stored in this browser only. It does not follow you to another device unless you export the JSON backup and load it there. Clearmind is education and structured self-help, not therapy, not a diagnosis and not a crisis service — the same limitation the iPhone app states on first launch.
