One registry, every platform
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, custom GPTs, Apple Intelligence and anything else — each with its label, plan, cost, last-used date and notes, searchable and filterable by platform.
Scope audit
Tick the 19 tracked scopes an agent actually holds — email, files, payments, terminal, contacts, code, calendar, photos, smart home and more — coloured red for sensitive, amber for personal, green for harmless.
Exposure score
Every scope carries a weight (3 sensitive, 2 personal, 1 harmless) so you can rank your agents by how much of your life they can touch, and see which single agent is the biggest surface.
Real monthly spend
Annual plans are divided by twelve so everything compares like with like: total per month and per year, a donut and bar chart by platform, and your most expensive agents in order.
Idle-spend alert
Agents you haven't opened in 30 days (your threshold) are flagged with what they still cost, what they still hold, and what you'd save a year by cancelling them.
Revoke without forgetting
Mark an agent revoked and it stops counting toward spend and exposure but stays in the registry with the date — so the audit trail survives the cancellation.
Export the registry
Download every agent as CSV with its platform, scopes, normalised monthly cost, exposure points and days idle, or take a full JSON backup.

Is the web version of Agentfolio free?+
Yes. Sign in with a free All Things AI account and use every screen — no subscription, no in-app purchases.
Where is my data stored?+
Only in this browser's local storage. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, so we can't see it, back it up, or restore it. Clearing site data, a private window, or another device starts empty. Export a backup from the in-app menu to keep it.
Do I need an account?+
You can read about the app without one, but you must sign in to open it. Sign-in is free and takes a few seconds with Google.
How is the web version different from the Agentfolio iPhone app?+
Agentfolio is the journal, not the auditor: it has no integrations and never talks to the agents it lists, so scopes, plans and costs are what you record, exactly as on the phone. It cannot revoke anything for real — marking an agent revoked updates your record; you still cancel it on the provider's own site. Costs are entered in dollars with no currency conversion or billing-date tracking. The registry is stored in this browser only; clearing site data erases it, and it does not sync to your phone.
