Stackup

A supplement stack that makes sense for you. Or doesn't.

Every feature, from the first launch.

No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.

What Stackup does

Stackup asks 20 questions about your goals, diet, blood markers (optional), and medications, and proposes a small, defensible supplement stack — drawn from the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements public reference materials, with a built-in drug-interaction checker. It sells nothing. It links nothing. It explains what each pick is for, and tells you when the evidence is thin.

What's in v1:

— The 20-question intake: goals (energy / sleep / cognitive / cardiovascular / mood / longevity), diet, training load, medications, allergies, recent labs (optional). — Stack proposal: 4–8 supplements with dose, timing, food, evidence rating (Strong / Moderate / Weak), and a 2-line rationale. — Interaction checker: bundled NIH/MedlinePlus drug-supplement interaction table. Flags problematic combos (St John's Wort × SSRIs, magnesium × certain antibiotics, vitamin K × warfarin, etc.). — Re-check: every 90 days, surface a check-in to confirm or change the stack. — Plain-English library: 30 supplements with what it is, what it does, the evidence base, and the dose.

Stackup explicitly does not: sell supplements, link to retailers, take affiliate fees, or recommend brand names. It tells you the ingredient + dose + timing — go buy it at any pharmacy.

Free. There is no paid tier in v1.

What's inside

  • 20-question intake — Goals, diet, training, meds.
  • Stack proposal — 4–8 supplements with rationale + evidence.
  • Interaction checker — Bundled drug-supplement table.
  • Library — 30 supplements, plain-English.

Why we built it

$160B global supplement market (Grand View Research). 90% of consumers take wrong supplements at wrong doses. Persona Nutrition raised $210M and declined; Care/of acquired then shrunk. The personalized-but-not-brand-tied app doesn't exist.

What makes it different

Stackup is the only iOS supplement app with NO commerce surface. Persona, Care/of, Vous Vitamin, Athletic Greens are all retailers. Function Health is labs. Stackup is the recommendation only — you go buy the ingredient wherever. Drug-interaction surface is the moat: bundled, fast, in-app.

Who it's for

Anyone who wants honest tracking without a coach, a subscription, or a streak guilting them at 11pm.

In one line: A supplement stack that makes sense for you. Or doesn't.
