Run your savings circle, clearly
Every feature, from the first launch.
No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.
What Rosca does
Rosca helps you run a rotating savings circle without the disputes. Whether you call it a committee, chit fund, susu, tanda, hui or ROSCA, the idea is the same: a group contributes a fixed amount each cycle and members take turns receiving the pot. Rosca tracks the members, the contribution amount and schedule, who has paid each cycle, the size of the pot, and the payout order — so everyone can see, at any time, what's owed and whose turn it is to collect. No more arguments over the notebook.
No account. No bank links. No ads. The record lives on the organizer's phone and is easy to show or screenshot for the group.
• Create a circle: members, amount, frequency • Per-cycle contribution tracking and pot total • Payout order (set or drawn) and who has collected • Outstanding-this-cycle list • Multiple circles • Fully offline and private

What's inside
- Circle setup — Define members, contribution amount, frequency, and number of cycles.
- Contribution tracking — Mark who paid each cycle; compute the pot and who still owes.
- Payout order — Set or draw the order and record who has collected the pot.
- Multiple circles — Manage several circles, each with its own members and history.
Why we built it
Rotating savings circles are run on paper or memory, leading to confusion and disputes over who has paid, how big the pot is, and whose turn it is to receive — there's no simple, trusted, offline tool to keep the group's record straight.
What makes it different
A dedicated, offline ROSCA/committee manager that tracks contributions, pot totals, and payout order across cycles for one or many circles, with no account or bank linkage — culturally neutral and usable across many naming traditions, unlike generic expense apps that don't model the rotating-payout structure.
Who it's for
Freelancers, contractors, and small-business owners who want their numbers right at tax time without renting a SaaS to do it.
