Your card binder, in your pocket

Every feature, from the first launch.

No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.

What Cardbinder does

Cardbinder is the clean, offline home for every trading card you own or want. Create binders, add sets inside them, then log each card with its name, set number, condition, quantity, estimated value, and personal notes — all with no account and no internet.

A live total at the top of every binder tells you exactly what your collection is worth right now, based on the values you enter. The want-list flag turns any card into a chase card, giving you a dedicated hunting view to consult at every card show, shop, or swap meet.

Value Insights rolls up worth by set and binder so you can see at a glance where the bulk of your collection sits, and which sets to prioritize completing.

• Binders and sets for any game or sport — sports cards, TCG, vintage, all genres • Per-card: name, set, number, condition, qty, value, notes • Instant collection total and per-binder value • Searchable want-list with dedicated hunting view • Value Insights: breakdown by set and binder • 100% offline, SwiftData, no account ever

What's inside

  • Binders and sets — Hierarchical organization: create named binders, add sets inside them, and browse a card grid for each set with a live card count and total value.
  • Add / edit card — A sheet to log card name, set, number, condition (Raw / Near Mint / Lightly Played / Played / Poor), quantity, estimated value, notes, and wanted flag.
  • Want-list — A dedicated filtered view of all cards flagged as wanted, sorted by binder and set, designed to be consulted quickly in shops and at shows.
  • Value Insights — Aggregate view breaking down estimated collection worth by set and by binder, highlighting the highest-value sets to help collectors prioritize.

Why we built it

Card collectors track their binders, want-lists, and estimated values across scattered notes, spreadsheets, or genre-specific apps that require accounts or internet — with no single lightweight offline tool that handles any card type and keeps a live collection value.

What makes it different

A genre-agnostic, fully offline card binder manager that pairs condition tracking and estimated value with a built-in want-list and Value Insights — without requiring an account, internet connection, or subscription, unlike market-price-dependent apps that only cover specific games.

Who it's for

Built for anyone who values fast, private, on-device software with a calm, focused UX.
