The parent's brain, finally on one screen.
Every feature, from the first launch.
No account, no login, no cloud. Everything runs on your device and works fully offline — nothing in this post is hidden behind a wall.
What Brainfold does
Brainfold is the operating system for the logistics half of being a parent. It collects the things you're currently holding in your head — school forms, kid activities, medical reminders, family calendar — into one calm screen, and shows you exactly what you owe today.
What's inside v1:
— Today screen: the single most important parent view. Today's appointments, forms due, school deadlines, activity drop-offs/pick-ups, medications. Sorted by time. One scroll, no app-hopping. — Kid profiles: per-child page with age, grade, school, allergies, sizes (shoe, pant, shirt, jacket — updated by you), medications, doctor + dentist contact, school nurse contact, emergency contacts. — Forms vault: snap or import a form (school permission slip, camp medical form, doctor intake). Tag it with which child, due date, and status (received, drafted, signed, returned). Set a reminder. Done. — Activities tracker: weekly rotation per kid — soccer Tue/Thu, piano Wed, dentist 2nd Fri. Calendar view tells you the next two weeks of what each kid needs (uniform, instrument, lunch, water bottle, etc.). — Mental-load tally: a daily counter of items you closed out (form returned, appointment booked, RSVP sent). Not a streak. Not a gamified shame loop. A small acknowledgement that the work is real. — Family contacts: pediatrician, school office, school nurse, after-care, neighbor-down-the-street. Tap to call. Tap to text. — Privacy by default: no account, no cloud sync, no analytics. All forms + photos + kid info live on this device. Optional iCloud Drive export — only if you tap.
Free. There is no upsell screen, no subscription, no IAP. Brainfold is funded by All Things AI's family of apps, not by you.

Why we built it
US has 73M children under 18; ~36M households with kids. The default parent spends 15-25 hours/week on logistics — pediatrician appointments, school forms, sports schedules, birthday parties, summer camp signups, meal planning, allowance, after-school. Existing solutions are fragmented (Cozi was acquired by Time, neve…
What makes it different
Brainfold is the only iOS app whose Today screen IS the parent's logistics queue — not a generic calendar. The forms vault is the missing piece: existing apps don't model 'permission slip due Friday, currently in your school binder.' Cozi is calendar-first and pre-AI. Apple Family Sharing handles purchases, not logist…
Who it's for
